Marketing Intern

Head & Heal is a rapidly growing wellness company and one of the top-selling CBD brands in the

price. That’s why we oversee the entire process from seed to sale on our certified organic farm in
Cortland, NY. It’s this passion for quality and transparency that has fueled our growth from regional
farmer’s markets into major retailers, improving the lives of thousands along the way.
We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have
a strong interest in marketing, social media, and/or graphic design, and the desire to learn more about
CBD and the consumer packaged goods industry. As our marketing intern, you’ll be a part of all stages of
marketing campaign development, and you will help refine, maintain and expand our marketing efforts.
This unique opportunity will have you working closely with our founding and executive team, and prepare
you for the next step in your marketing career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and plan content for social media platforms; post to social media daily
  • Research social media partnerships and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key social media partners
  • Assist with photography and graphic design
  • Support the team with administrative or other tasks as needed
  • Act as face of the company on social; answer questions, respond to comments, engage
    with other brands, etc.
  • Identify potential brands, influencers for partnerships & promotions
  • Create & present analytic reports for executive team
  • Monitor social giveaways, collaborations on Social and ensure they are carried out as
    intended
  • Create influencer boxes, design and print materials

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree progress for Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • Interest in consumer packaged goods, CBD, and wellness
  • Excellent time management, organization and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
  • Strong desire to learn and attention to detail
  • Ability roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Sense of urgency, creativity, energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-driven achiever
