- Our droppers have measurement lines on them at .25 ml, .5 ml, .75 ml, and 1 ml.
- 1 full dropper is equal to 1 ml.

"I was trying to get off melatonin so tried this. It does help a lot. However, heed their advice and start low. One dropper was too much and had me back awake in a few hours. Half a dropper does not do that to me."

"A friend recommended I buy CBN becasue I was waking in the middle of the night and unable to return to sleep. First time I used it I took a whole dropper. . . . YIKES. . Silly me. . . WAY too much, I slept through the night AND the morning. The next night I did 1/4. . . My sweet spot is 1/3 of a dropper. I may wake up but I return to sleep easily."

- Will I fail drug test if I take this before bed
- It is possible you could fail a drug test with this product as it does contain trace amounts of THC
- How is the taste? I struggle with some of the oils and how thick they are and end up spitting most of it out. But I would like to try this.
